Truluck Photography Now Offers Strobe Lighting

January 16, 2023

That’s right, Truluck Photography now offers strobe lighting for indoor and covered arenas, as well as lighting for nighttime shows. This increases the number of barrel races, rodeos, horse shows, and team ropings that I can cover. I’m super excited to elevate my quality of images for my clients!

This also means that I will be introducing strobes to my portrait clients. Fine Art sessions will be able to be held in almost any location at any time. I will no longer be constrained by needing covered entrances to photograph black and white background images.

I will be posting some model calls in March to practice lighting techniques. Interested in applying? Join my email list to get notified! Strobe lighting allows me to be much more creative with the photographs that I offer my clients.

“Doesn’t the flash scare the horse?” I’ve gotten this question a few times and I’m happy to report that the answer is no! The horses didn’t react to my strobes at all. I usually set them above the horse’s eye level so that it’s not hitting them in the face when they fire.

I can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store for Truluck Photography!

Let's Work Together

I create images that people will love for a lifetime, transforming fleeting moments into enduring works of art. It's not just about taking digital photographs to save on a phone and forget; it's about crafting pieces that capture the essence of the moment, evoking emotion and joy every time they are viewed.
